Why InfraDBM? Why now?

Simply put, it’s a jungle out there.

InfraDBM is a B2B infrastructure marketplace and resource hub, meeting the needs of a fragmented industry with complex projects to manage.

Quotes live in inboxes, prices in spreadsheets and delivery updates in missed calls. Every project rebuilds the same tangle. We built one place to run it all.

8 sources · 8 places to check · nothing connected

Illustration: eight disconnected channels — email threads, spreadsheets, missed calls — tangled together. With InfraDBM they run into one record from RFQ to payment.

A simpler way to source is on its way.

How it works

From RFQ to payment, on one line.

Every step of the job lives on one record — no re-keying between inboxes, spreadsheets and supplier portals.

  1. 01 · Estimate

    Estimate with AI

Describe the job in plain words. BOM & Estimate IQ builds the materials list with indicative prices, lead times and standards.

  2. 02 · Request

    Post an RFQ

Turn the estimate into a request for full quotes or indicative pricing. Invite your own suppliers or get matched by category and delivery region.

  3. 03 · Compare

    Compare quotes

Prices in AUD, lead times side by side and every revision tracked. No more merging spreadsheets.

  4. 04 · Order

    Award and track

Approve, award and raise the order in one step, then follow dispatch and delivery on one timeline.

  5. 05 · Pay

    Invoice and pay

Invoices tied to the order, reminders before they’re due, and secure payment through the platform.

  • Get matched to buyers by the categories you supply and the regions you deliver to.
  • Receive RFQs ready to price — full quotes or quick indicative pricing.
  • Get paid securely, with payouts through Stripe.
  • Stay in control of your pricing: choose who sees your prices, set negotiated rates for key customers, and offer payment terms that suit your business.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Something we haven’t covered? Email hello@infradbm.com

How are suppliers matched?

By the products they supply and where they deliver. With a network chosen, suppliers on that network’s Approved Materials List come first. Where we show a price it’s an indicative guide in AUD excluding GST for the typical spec, not a quote — suppliers quote your exact requirement.

What happens to what I type?

We use it to find the product and the suppliers who can quote. We keep an anonymous record of searches — no name, email or account — so we can see what buyers need. What you type isn’t sent to an AI service.

Who can join InfraDBM?

Buyers include EPC and tier 1–2 contractors, developers, mining and resources, renewable energy developers, government and councils, water authorities, telcos, rail and transport authorities, industrial owners and consultants. Suppliers are incorporated companies, starting with electrical and energy. Every ABN is checked and every account reviewed, usually within 1 business day.

What’s the difference between a full quote and an indicative price?

A full quotation is a firm price you can award against. An indicative price and lead time is a ballpark for when you’re still scoping — clearly labelled so no one mistakes it for a firm offer.

Can I bring the suppliers I already use?

Yes. Invite the suppliers you already trust to quote through InfraDBM, alongside new suppliers matched to the job by category and delivery region.

How do payments work?

Invoices are tied to the order and paid securely through the platform, and suppliers receive payouts through Stripe.
